Self-printing – request PDF Just download the return label in PDF format, print it, and affix it to the largest area of your return parcel, making sure it is clearly visible. You can then post your return parcel at any Austrian Post service location or at our self-service areas (posting station, posting box).
Print at posting station – request QR code via e-mail We will e-mail you a QR code. Use it to conveniently receive your return label at the postal branch counter or at the posting station in the self-service area. All you have to do is give us your e-mail address.
At the posting station, just scan the received QR code straight from your smartphone and follow the instructions on the screen. To have a label printed at the postal branch, get the QR code we sent you scanned at the counter. The e-mail we sent you includes detailed information about the process.
